A slow roasted veal ribeye served with a Cognac sauce

Stuffed Breast of Chicken –  $12.50 /person
Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with your choice of sundried tomato & spinach, wild rice and mushroom stuffing or ham & cheese stuffing topped with mushroom gravy

Chicken Scaloppina or Piccata $12.00 /person
Breast of Chicken prepared in a white wine and mushroom sauce (scaloppina) or White wine and lemon sauce (piccata)

Veal Scaloppina or Piccata $13.00 /person
A veal medallion prepared in a white wine and mushroom sauce (scaloppina) or White wine and lemon sauce (piccata)

Stuffed Turkey Breast –  $12.50/person
Boneless turkey breast stuffed with a wild rice & mushroom stuffing or the traditional bread stuffing, served with cranberry sauce & gravy

Roast Tenderloin – $15.50 /person
Roasted beef tenderloin served in a Cognac sauce

Atlantic Salmon Filet $14.00 /person
A delicately seasoned filet of salmon topped with diced fresh tomato

Tilapia – $14.00 /person
Pan seared Tilapia topped with lemon and white wine caper sauce
